The Beautiful Girls singer was in a jet ski accident this past weekend in Miami. Sean crashed into a bridge and suffered a broken jaw, a fractured wrist, and water in his lungs. His friend Cassandra Sanchez was also on the watercraft, though she has since been released from the hospital.
