Things That make me mad! [it may seem long but please read!~!~]
Humans have a consience, how can the loggers and other habitat killers not feel bad about destroying other animals homes? Honestly, we dont need to cut down as many trees as we do, all you gotta do is RECYCLE!!!!! I hate seeing areas cleared out for MORE housing and MOre shopping centers. i also hate strip-mining. its so pointless, if you need to fuel your car that bad find an alternative source. DA! poaching is another horrable thing go to this link and look, how could you do this to a poor little animal~ http://www.tigerhomes.org/animal/poaching.cfm ~ and look at the black and white picture. it makes me SO MAD!
If we keep distroying the
If we keep distroying the rain forests and other habbitats we may be distroying species that we havent even discoverd yet!!! i fear it may be to late by the time we think of a solution. any advice?
One word
I have one word for EVERYONE......RE-CY-CLE!For real people.we wouldn't have to cut down trees if we recycled enough. Then we wouldn't be destroying habitats.I know it doesn't solve everything but it helps a LOT,and one step at a time, right?

Help change how companies think about species endangerment!
Everyone here knows that species endangerment is a big problem, but many corporations and corporate executives still don't understand the problem!
We just created a new service called EcoUnit.com to get your voice and opinions about the environment heard by corporate leaders. EcoUnit.com lets companies poll environmentally concerned consumers like yourself on what you think about their current green initiatves. Every poll you take will directly be influencing how companies actually treat the environment!
Not only will taking polls guide companies, we'll also reward your effort with EcoUnits. EcoUnits are carbon offsets, each one takes care of 440 pounds of your carbon output, which means within a few months of EcoUnit surveys you'll be living completely carbon free!
Please take a second to look through our website at www.EcoUnit.com to get more details, we really hope you'll join us in helping companies shape their green policy.
the human beings of this
the human beings of this planet are responsible for ALL the animals and plants listed as extinct or endangered. we are basically trying to drive ourselves into extinction and that is what's going to happen eventually if more animals and plants go into extinction. you name one thing we use and eat and most likely it comes from an animal or plant or some other living organism. our daily lives depends on the other organisms of this earth. how on earth can we say that we're not responsible for these mass extinctions or that we don't need these organisms anyway. people we complain about serial killers who kill other humans. well in my view we are all serial killers because we are animals and living creatures to and we have no right to wipe out entire species. they have the right to live and flourish just as we do

Killing off the world
Millions of animals are killed, hurt, displaced and otherwise "delt with" every day by humans. Recently i heard something that made me think, it was the idea that animals and plants are useless and they do nothing to help us as humans. Well did i have a response to that, you say animals have no benifit to man kind, so why not kick them out to do something for humans, well if you take a handful of people, guess what one of them probably sits on the couch and eats cookies so why not kill them off too.
i'm not sugesting this, or any drastic action. i'm just trying to provoke thought.
Sincerely, Neteri Bennu
Do we really need it?
It isn't just the killing of animals that are sending them hurtling into extinction, it's also destroying their habitat. Constantly, trees are being ripped down for paper, wood and other items. We invaded the animal's homes and now we're taking it away from them. But do we really need all of it?
How many times do you use a piece of paper, and then throw it away in the trash? How many classrooms have you seen with out recycling bins nearby or in the classroom? How many? Too many is the answer. Taking simple actions like recycling save the habitats and the animals. It isn't hard! If we really do need all that paper, tree farms are a good way of getting it. For every tree taken down, a new one replaces it. Just think about it before you use it.
I'm trying hard to help, a lot of us are. It isn't easy, and we can't do it alone. Plants and animals may be adapted to live on their own, but when you add human, they need our help to keep living. We might need more real estate, but that doesn't mean we should take advantage of it. All you have to do to help, is ask yourself when you are about to use a resource from an animal habitat, 'Do I really need it?'
The subject of endangered
The subject of endangered species is something that people only know in passing. On a daily basis, most people are consumed with their own lives with little regard towards the environment and the animals that are not in their daily surroundings. Just walking around the city, there is a dominant understanding that people do not care about the environment or anything ecological. It is a shame that a majority of people do not care about their world and the world they put forth for upcoming generations.
As children, we are taught about endangered species and the environment. We are taught to recycle and throw things in the garbage. We are assigned projects to learn about a variety of endangered species and that are consequences to our actions. As we have matured, however, all of these principles are thrown out of our heads in the name of convenience. Many adults lose that eco-friendly mindset as they grow with age, which is the opposite of what should happen. Adults should be more inclined to take care of the world, its environments and inhabitants to preserve them for future generations.
The list of endangered species grows with every passing year. It is a very rare occasion that we witness an animal or plant taken off the list. With each year, species after species are diminishing in population in the wild. Year after year, fewer animals and plants are able to succeed in the wild.
It is known and understandable that plants and animals meet their fate of extinction but the rate of extinction has been amplified by human existence and its bad behavior. The actions of people have drastically changed the ecological state of the earth to the point of brink. We are now at a crossroads for the animals and plants on earth. It is up to the entire world to take action and try to save what we can. We may not be able to save all the species on the list but personal lifestyle changes can add up and we can save a large number of them.
We need to change our view of the world. We need to change our detrimental behavior. We need to stop focusing only on ourselves and start focusing on the future. We need to preserve the world before we completely destroy it.
