Are you active, or do you sit around and never work out? The Center for Disease Control suggests that adults should get at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity most days to improve their health (working out every day is best!). The list of good things about working out is endless, and you'll feel better about yourself after some moving around. See why it's so important to be fit and then get yourself (and others) in shape! Baseball Off Season Tips
If you play baseball, like i do, then i'm sure your working as hard as I am right now. If your not, and you want to start being the best player you possebly can, then here are a few tips/accomplishments i suggest you do during the off season.
1. As you progress to more higher levels of baseball the game continues to get faster and faster. The best thing you can do is become as fast as the game your playing in. so get into some sort of running class most hospitals have their own running programs.
2. Get as strong as you possibly can get on some sort of weight gainer, and lift atleast an hour a day. it might seem like alot, but it really isn't that difficult to find an hour out of your day to go and lift. and i also suggest getting on a lifting program. There are many workouts on the internet that you have readily available to you.
3. Keep working on your skills that you already have. make sure your throwing and hitting in the cage atleast three times a week. you can't expect to get better without putting in the work.
I wish you all the best of luck on your up coming season!
works!!!
