Where are all the Republican celebrities?

What can you expect at the DNC? Performances from Fall Out Boy, the Black Eyed Peas, Moby, and Kanye West; just to name a few. Sing it for Obama!
Other stars like Charlize Theron, Ben Affleck, and Susan Sarandon will be
hitting the mountains, so it's no surprise that the DNC will be one hot
party.

The celebrity guest list for Thursdays DNC will be packed with stars, yet
next weeks RNC seems to be lacking in the celeb attendees department.

The Republicans will still be in full political throttle during the upcoming
Republican National Convention, but they won't be many A-list names on the
RSVP list.

That's not to say that the RNC will be completely empty. With guests such
as Chuck Norris, Kid Rock and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger attending,
the RNC won't be missing out entirely on all the celebrity support. Kid Rock?

However, one can't help but wonder: with such few names on the celeb
attendee list for the RNC, where will everyone be? It looks like stars will be flocking to be seen at the Democratic National Convention on Thursday.

Why? Is it Minneapolis?

The answer will remain a mystery until next week, but we're wondering: did
celebrities not get the memo about the RNC? CGG can't help but ask: What's
going on Republicans!?
