We love when celebrities take on a cause, but when raising millions, the details are important, people.

Remember Madonna’s huge party that brought the UN and Gucci together? She raised $3.7 Million for Unicef and for Raising Malawi, which is amazing! It would be more amazing, however, if someone actually got that money.

Unicef hasn’t gotten a dime yet. To make it worse, it turns out that Raising Malawi isn’t a registered charity (can we presume “yet?”). Someone figured this out around press time for the party and said the money would be going to The Gucci Foundation – But that’s not a registered charity either!

Also, we aren’t the type to cry conspiracy like the folks at Fox News, but Raising Malawi’s founder, Michael Berg, is the son of the founder of the Kabbalah Center in Hollywood. We’re sure this is a mix-up, but Madge, where IS that $3.7 Million?

Our call to Raising Malawi went unanswered. We’ll keep you posted if we hear from them. We love you, Madonna! Let us clear this up for you!
