It's hard to believe that the big-haired humanitarian was a gothic trouble-maker not that long ago.  What a difference a few years (and a few babies) make!  Amidst swirling rumors that she's pregnant with her fifth child, Angie's been a busy bee. 

She and partner Brad Pitt announced plans to create a TV show for HBO based around the lives of humanitarian workers in third world countries.

Jolie also swung by the Courage in Journalism Awards last night . . . fitting, as she played the wife slain journalist Daniel Pearl in this year's A Mighty Heart.
