Good Luck Chuck hits theatres next week . . . and word on the street is that it is based on a true story.  Not just anyone's story, in fact, but Steve Glenn's . . . CEO of Living Homes, a housing development project bringing pre-fab, green homes to the consumer. 

Story goes like this.  Apparently, Steve had a track record for sending each woman he dated to the altar -- with the very next man she'd fall for.  While Glenn's personal life may be up for artistic interpretation, it's his organization that we should really be diving into.

Living Homes offers beautiful, modern designs that feature "natural, non-toxic, and sustainably-derived materials" and are mindful of construction costs and limiting waste.  (source)  Business is thriving and the homes are winning extensive honors for innovation and environmental friendiness.  Sounds like Chuck may not need any luck after all . . .
