Describe what this winner does/did: 
At 11, Francesca developed a skin condition that destroyed 85% of her skin and almost took her life. She decided to start a support group for kids who are suffering from skin conditions. Camp Wonder is a place where children with serious skin diseases can just have fun.

Francesca, who hopes to open a second camp on the East Coast, wants to become a pediatrician. But until then, she is working full time for the Children's Skin Disease Foundation to support kids suffering from skin conditions.
