Henry Fernandez served as the director of Leadership, Education and Athletics in Partnership (LEAP) in New Haven, CT. LEAP is a non-profit that fosters educational, leadership, and social development for students from elementary school through college.

Henry moved on from LEAP but the organization is still going well! Their innovative group model pairs one college student with one high school student of the same gender, to work with a group of eight to ten boys or girls of the same age-range and neighborhood.
