Janessa's uncle was deployed to Iraq in 2003 so she started a program to make a bracelet for every family member and troop who is deployed around the world so they will always be reminded that Americans support them.

Janessa's project really caught on; 242,000 bracelets later, she’s still giving them away for free! She continues sending bracelets to support troops and their families and receives 100-200 orders a day.
