After witnessing his aunt waiting for a kidney for 8 years, Richard decided to start a national student-run not-for-profit to promote organ donation awareness and registration.

Richard is now working as the Founder and CEO of Academic Earth where he works to bring a world-class college education to everyone. Richard's first project, Students for Organ Donation, has ended.
