Foster Rights!!!!

Why is it, on this entire site I cannot find nothing for foster youth rights?
Yet again, they are an under served and under represented group of youth.
There are 12 million Foster Youth Alumni in the U.S
In Ohio ALONE there are 1,300 youth leaving care yearly.
Many of these youth will be homeless or in prison.
1 in 4 Homeless adults, are former foster youth.
There needs to be a movement. A National Movement! The government is the parents of all foster youth. They need to take some responsibility and be better parents!

another thing that gets me about foster adoption,is the fact that it would even matter if the parents of adopted children were gay,the fact that it is even contested, the fact that it is even an issue, it really makes me mad!! if they are good parents, and can give a child a loving home, if they can provide a child with everything they need, what's the problem?
I think part of the issue with all this is that people don't know what to do about this issue, people don't know what they can do to help (that includes me, I don't know either,so rather than try to find a way to help, they just turn a blind eye.
