Think About It....

Think about this....
-> We all have a nice home, food on the table, family and friends that love us, and people who support us. Well imagine it all changing and the next minute you find yourself waking up to having nobody to come home to, nobody that shows they care, nothing to sleep on, and being abused emotionally and/or physically from a day to day base. How would you feel about that? What would you do if you didn't have no one to love?. I been through that, and honestly im not asking you to feel sorry for me or those other kids out there that go through the same thing, but just think about it for a minute? Wouldn't you feel cold and alone in the world? Would you give up if all you see is darkness ahead? Majority of the people waste their time on the gossip on t.v or the latest fashion advice, but nobody really ever stops to think about us, kids, teens, and even elderly people, we could go months and months praying to be heard and asking that you'll give everything to just have peace while others worry about the simplest and worthless things in life. If you still can't feel our pain well imagine your little brother or sister or even someone close to you being abused repeatedly because his/her father is an alcoholic, can you bear that thought in your mind? No one can. How about this, An estimated 3,154,000 children were reported to child protective service agencies as alleged victims of child abuse or neglect in 2008, and approximately one million of these reports were confirmed. And that's not the half of it, Approximately three children died each day in the United States from abuse or neglect in 2007. You can look at those fac and forget about it in the next 3 minutes and go on about your day but many of the kids who are abused can't do that, they can't forget about being beaten for no reason everyday, they can't forget the fact that there is no food on the table, they can't forget the fact that some of them have to sell drugs to have atleast someting to eat. To me this stops right here. Im sorry but i can't sit around and do nothing about it, this April is child abuse prevention month and Im going to be the one to actually stand up for something I believe in and Im sure im not the only one who can help, you can too...
