Animal Neglect

1 . Hot Cars - It can take 15 minutes for a dog to have a heat stroke in a hot car. If you see someone leaving their dog in a car SAY SOMETHING ! Dont be afraid to inform them on what can happen to their dog.

2 . Chaining - Owners do not realize the danger that can come from chaining. If you leave them outside other animals/dogs can harm them, and they can choke ! So if you see this dont be afraid to SAY SOMETHING ! This can also cause psychological damage meaning your dog can become agressive and depressed. Put yourself in the dogs shoes !

Animal Cruelty

Hi my Name is Debbie. Most people dont know that there are two types of abuse neglect and intentional abuse. Neglect is not providing the needs for an animals intentinal abuse is purposfully harmimg an animal. I have two puppies of my own.Everytime i see those animal shelters or commercials about abused or neglect dogs. I think about how much they need our help. I think someone should make a fund for the shelters or at least help the shelters out by finding homes for the animals

Homeless puppies

I live in South Carolina and while visiting my grandma in the country a few weeks ago, I noticed 6 puppies roaming around. I dont know if they have legit homes but I could see their rib cages. I fed them some scraps of food i could find but they were all still hungry. My question is who can i contact to get these puppies in a good home. I would like to keep one but my mother said no because i already have a dog, but i plan on buying dog food so that when i visit my grandma i can feed them.

It's stupid and crazy

Like they said, there are seven million homeless animals in the US. It's crazy! 7 million! That's like putting together two cities and counting their populations! People need to respect animals just like they would need to do to other people. Animal cruelty is spreading by the minute and there needs to be change! Build shelters, offer adoption programs, do something! These pets are getting abused,being hungry and left out on the streets every day!

Animals

I understand that animals will always be killed by humans and that's the way of life. I also am not a vegetarian. I believe that animals should only be killed for food and medicene. If you think about it, other animals kill each other for food, so why shouldn't we? The wrong thing is testing, clothes, or entertainment. What if you were the animal? Imagine your going into the doctor office and have to get 26 shots while having open stomach surgery with out being put to sleep. Well, the good thing is that you know you'll be doing it for your health. But the animals don't have that.

They need to be saved!!!

I know our world is covered with puppy mills. I have a goal to close 1 of them in my community. The things that I have witnessed have been sad and my heart is breaking for these dogs. They way this kennel deals with puppies who are disfigured due to inbreeding is disgusting. What happens to dogs who pass away in the kennel is beyond beilief.
