Award Description:
To celebrate young environmental outstanding leaders that work on projects with positive, measurable impact. The project must be able to fit under the categories of conservation, preservation, and restoration, as categorized on the website. For six winners, the award includes $3,000 prize, camping trip to Yosemite, trip to CA for the Awards Ceremony, resources through Earth Island Institute in leadership development.
Eligibility Guidelines:
Must be between 13 and 22, and a leader who of an organization shown to have exceptional environmental impact in North America. The project must be on-going or have been completed within two years.
