Habitat for Humanity

The Learn and Build Experience is a fun, eye-opening service opportunity. For one week during the summer, students ages 16 to 18 can experience Habitat’s work outside of their communities. In addition to a week of building, students will also learn about the need for Habitat through educational activities. Scholarships are available to participants who demonstrate need. You can apply for one of the scholarships when you fill out the main trip application. No scholarships are guaranteed; recipients will be notified with their acceptance to a trip. You can choose to apply for a * Half-program scholarship ($275 trip cost) * Full-program scholarship ($550 trip cost) * Full air fare and full program fee scholarship (flight costs, plus $550 trip cost)
