Award Description:
To honor children, teens, and adults who excell in community service. The awards are based ont he book by Craig and Marc Kielburger entitled Me to We. The book promotes living you life in a socially responsible and active way and the awards honor youth and adults who embody that idea.
The award selects 5 winners who each recieve $5,000 to donate to their selected charity. The winners are chosen in the categories of: Youth in Action (12 and under); Youth in Action (13 to 17); Social Action; In the Community; Educator.
Eligibility Guidelines:
Must be Canadian citizen. Must commit time to social activities and volunteering.
