Cause of the Month: Dating Abuse You've told us that Teen Dating Abuse is a problem, and has to stop. So we've launched a campaign and a resource center to help you take charge. Submit a project focused on Dating Abuse and you could win a $250 grant to support your work. We've got a bunch of action guides on the website or come up with your own creative way to stand up to this issue. |

There's Still Time, Save Our Music! Do Something has teamed up with Vh1's Save the Music Foundation to empower you to fight for music education. Music and Arts program are being slashed. We want you to Do Something about it. Tell us what you've been doing to advocate for music education in your community and you could win $2500 for the school music program of your choice, Rock Band video game packages, and Fender Guitars! |

Help Collect 1 Million Pounds of Food Help combat Hunger in your community. This November, organize a food drive in your school. Register your drive, and tell us how many pounds you've collected. The first 100 schools to register get a sweet Do Something Banner. The top 3 drives will win a pizza party in their school and $1000 donation to their local shelter. Urbana High School Rocks Save Our Music This club went above and beyond for the campaign! They're collecting money and instruments to send to New Orleans. Donations will go to Roots of Music, a free program providing free instruments, academic tutoring, hot meals, and transportation to middle schoolers (9-14) to keep them off the violent streets. |
