Ouch, my brain.

My brain is always active, and so sometimes I over think things, over analyze. It really gives me a head ache and half the time it really stresses me out. At times I can't sleep because of it. Well, I was wondering, is this a problem? Really, so many people talk about all these problems with a name, but what about those problems that can't be named, that just happen? Hmm...penny for your thoughts?

try to do yoga or an activity

try to do yoga or an activity that will help you relax or relieve stress... but i think this is pretty normal, especially in really rigorous schools

it probably stress

people overthink things when they are stressed. you may not know it, but you could be secretly stressed. dont overthink it. just relax and do something you love that makes u unwind.

:)

Okay. Thanks, here's a dollar, I liked your advice! Laughing out loud

RE: Ouch, my brain.

Nah. You're good. I do the same thing. Try not to overanalyze things too much though. Go with the flow :]
