See It: The Community being helped
Drive Safe uses a variety of magnetic, pressure sensitive, and static cling safety signs with simple messages to improve raod and highway safety for all motorist, especially a beginning teenage driver, or senior citizen with slowed or limited motor skills. Our motto: "Deterring road rage, and highway fatalities one motorist at a time." Since receiving the "Do Something Smart Driving Grant presented by Keep the Drive", we've been able to continue our mission. Courtesy of Do Something and Keep the Drive we've been able to help more youth learn to drive in a safer and better controlled driving environment. Since we received the grant money we've been motivational speakers for The Dream Girls Enrichment Center, Teens on a Mission, Senior Citizen Centers, and we're sponsored by WIS during the Back to School Bash where we gave away over 500 Safety Notification Signs. We've also gained over 1,000 signatures on our petition in support of getting this much needed safety product in a starter kit with the state learners manual. September 13, we will be receiving the prestigious Palmetto Center for Women TWIN Award (formerly the YWCA) http://www.palmettocenterforwomen.org/. Also, we'll be on a show title Business Kids aired out of Seattle Washington the first of next year. This continued recognition give us the ability to continue bringing awareness to road and highway safety. October 13th, we'll be the featured performer during the Auntie Karen's Foundation Young Entrepreneurs Conference http://www.auntiekaren.org/, and will be the local entertainment at the South Carolina State Fair, where we will continue our mission. Please see attachments. We made the top ten finalists during the Columbia Pageant, and will be competing in the Nationals Pageant in Orlando Florida in December. Our Platform will be on road and highway safety, and premature babies. This will give us another opportunity to gain national exposure and give away some more Safety Notification Signs. Thank you all again for your contribution to the safety of America's future leaders. PS: We don't consider this the final outcome of our project, because we have millions of youths we plan to reach with our safe driving message.

I give the girls of drive safe a 5 Star Rating
Again I commend the girls of Drive Safe for their outstanding achievemnts and determination to keep other drivers safe. I hope that others will come along side them to give them the grants that they need to raise awareness and make our roadways safer places, not just for pre-teens and teens, but for us adults who must be on the road with the teens!
Thanks GIRLS!

I nominate the Drive Safe Team
As a mother of four teenagers I'd like to nominate the outstanding young women of Drive Safe for this much deserved award. My son when learning to drive was a nervous wreck and was driving way too slow. Everyone was honking, yelling and getting impatient with him, until we put one of these bumper stickers from DRIVE SAFE on the back of our van. I couldn't believe the difference. No one was honking, even though it took my son fifteen minutes to get through town--and everyone was being patient and allowing him the time needed to do what he had to do. So thank you DRIVE SAFE!
Also as a writer, I've pitched their awesome work/stories to many editors who have also been touched by their life-changing stories. These editors see thousands of stories come at them every month, and yet, they knew when they heard the story of these 4 remarkable young women, that their message of safety needed to be spread across our land. I've not only had the privilege of interviewing them and writing their stories, but each month I hear of more awards and achievements they're earning as they work their way up the scale. These girls have worked from the bottom up to get where they are today, and they have a wonderful SAFE message to share and that's why I believe they should receive this sensational award. Thank you for your consideration.
