See It: The Community being helped

How many times have you seen kids drive while talking on the cell phone and have their music real loud. How many times have you seen kids eating or applying make-up while driving. Well if you were me, then you would see that alot. But I have a solution for this thing. Its called: Saving lives Making sure you follow the law Appreciate the priviledge to drive Read the road signs Talking on the cell is a BIG "NO-NO" Drive carefully Really pay attention to the road Idolize safe driving Vehicles are important to the world Isolate yourself from reckless driving No drinking while driving Go and be safe while driving This spells out S.M.A.R.T. D.R.I.V.I.N.G. Though this campaign, we can do this during driver's ed and we can also do this in the classroom. To make it popular to the student body, we can make it a credit towards the graduation requirements. To me this is an idea that I think will help save lives and spread the word about "SMART DRIVING."

To promote safe driving I would also talk to all my friends about slowing down when driving. Also, I would tell them to check their car before they drive it.

 
With the acronym, I would place it on keychains, bumper stickers, cups, and shirts and I would hand them out to everyone in my town and my school.  People will see them around town and wonder what they are and then read the safe driving message. That way people can see and read the SAFEDRIVING acronym. I will also talk to the spring isd police department and see if they would help me start this program so that I can get more people involved.
