Do any movies really remind you of your own school? I've always been a fan of clueless and mean girls, but I don't think they're anything like my school! What do you think?

I also think Degrassi (although it's a TV show) is very realistic to what school is like. I also think 'The Breakfast Club' is a good movie about different cliques working together, which is necessary and encouraged in high school.
A 'non realistic' highschool movie I enjoy is Pretty Persuasion. It's not a highly recognized Evan Rachel Wood movie, but I definitly think it's one of her bests!

In my school the girls are pretty niceand some of the guys are too, but some guys are horribly mean. something has to be done to stop them.

I lave the show Degrassi. that show is like most schools. if one of the charecters on the show were me at my school, I would have to say that I would be Marco, because I am gay, 2, I have a fimenin side, and 3 I have a good friend that is also gay.

guys are mean
Some guys will even break up with a girl and say really bad stuff about them for no reason. Sometimes they can be sneaky but normaly they just talk behind our backs. Guys can even be worse than girls as far as mean, unfair and cruel goes.

Yeah I know for a fact that boy's can just as crule, mean and unfair as girls, they just do insneaky ways!!!!

In some situations, guys can be just as mean as girls if not more so. Sometimes they will do anything to get a laugh! It gets so annoying! So yes, guys can do just as much damage.

I agree, some girls are mean in high school because they are insecure, what about guys? Do you think that guys can be as mean or is this just a girl thing??

I totally understand where you are coming from. But if you've ever seen Degrassi the next generation,...I think that is way better than any of the movies I've seen. I mean it deals with real life issues, its intense, and it actually teaches you lesons in a way. That is my favorite TV show!! lol.
The Truth
You are right, there are girls that just want to be mean for the sake of being mean. A lot of times its because they dont feel good about themselves so they have to put down others or they are jealous of something. But either way thats still not an excuse to be mean.

i agree because in the real world girls are really like that and ppl are scared to go to scholl because of the sabitage the girls could do to them and its just mean disrespectful humiliating and just plain wrong thats why twe need to stop this uncool and wat ppl think is cool and funny problem and behavior to stop cuz its wrong.

yeah mean girls also is like our school at our school the girls are mean!!! They would be best friends to your face but the next minute they are talking behind your back!!!! It makes me really mad!!

actually they are more of a representation what they think High school might be like for us. I agree those movies are cool =)
