well it would be almost hard for me to not do both
if i had to eat healthy food for the rest of my life i'm pretty sure i would get tired of it and be craving fast food or junk food and vise versa
i mean if i haven't eaten an apple in a long time i really crave it!
ha. hmm.
Well, I would definitely have to say more on the healthy food side, but a bag of chips, a pop tart, or a burger once every few months. A plethora of fat is detrimental, but the body needs a portion of fat to be healthy too. A portion, and I can be quoted, "A little, not a lot."

i would eat both.oh...as long as i dont get fat lol
but at this point i only have homemade meals...cause thats just how my family works lol.

i am trying to be a vegetarian, but my family is not much help. everyone in my family loves meat and i have been fed meat all my life. any advice on how this wannabe veggie can be a for real vegetarian?

I really think that eating fast food once in a while isn't really harmful, as long everything is viewed with moderation. However, I would always prefer homemade healthy food.

It's really difficult for people who AREN'T the one with bulemia to sway their minds; it's really up to them. They can know that they are bulemic and not be able to correct it. Therapy is an expensive but productive way to change that.
If therapy isn't an option, then a network of positive and supportive friends can help. Since bulemia is partly a self-esteem issue, having some guy friends compliment her and help her out in this network is just as crucial as other girls.

okay, this may help. look up on the internet how belimia hurts or effects people. then print it off and give it to them, and tell them you don't want that to happen to her/him. if that doesnt work, talk to an adult. (your friend will thank you later!)

I'd definitly go for healthy food. I like being healthy and I'd get too sick of fast food if I had it everyday.

Yes so do I Ben, of course Healthy is considered to be fruit and veggies. Fast food, is considered to be like McDonalds. And Eva, I understand what you're saying and I'm not arguing with you when saying I eat fastfood and dont crash, but then again I've always been weird........ Another thing I do thats not good is I drink pop constantly, diet of course, my drink of choice actually is Diet Pepsi. Unless I'm in pubic I drink either Coke or unsweetened Iced Tea........

Depending on what you class "Healthy" and "fast food" as I know certain things i like can be healthy is moderation, I always enjoy eating healthy knowing u made a good choice in what you ate, however too much of a good thing can be bad. I like to take everything i eat in moderation.

I would go for the healthy food. I always feel better after having a nutritious meal or snack. It gives you energy that lasts all day. After eating fast food you get a rush of energy and than you crash a couple of hours later. Not fun.
I actually prefer things like fish, pasta, salads and fruits to hamburgers anyway. I would choose healthy food based on taste as well.
