So many times young people hear about the importance of voting to voice your opinion. However, you can definitely support your ideas and candidates without filling out a ballot.
Legislators love hearing from young people who are informed and passionate about issues. You can also endorse a presidential candidate by helping with the campaign and learning about what the candidates stand for.
Even if you can't vote, you can make a difference!

Throw your dirty laundry somewhere else. We ask that you don't curse or use other inappropriate language here (if you have to think too hard about using a word, you probably shouldn't). This is a forum for the exchange of positive ideas, not a place to gang up on others or make anyone feel bad. Feeling good is good, right? Yup. Also, for your own safety, we ask that you don't post personal information about yourself or where you live on these boards. Please follow these simple and important rules or you WILL be voted off the island. Okay, to clarify, here’s the…Don’t DO It Checklist (for our Message Boards):

I've actually had the chance
I've actually had the chance to speak with John McCain, Bill Richardson, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama. Each time I asked the candidates about the issue of Medicare and Social Security. Every candidate answered my question.
and here i was
under this impression that candidates choose to ignore teenagers because of their opinions. Opinions that the candidates definitely don't like, i thought that politicians only listen to old people and go and go kissing babies. but they never talk to teenagers.
