Ladies and Gentlemen, I have a concern that I thought should be addressed...and what better place to share it than the DoSomething Website? Well, I go to a private institution and this summer I got a part-time job there. I saw the massive amounts of paper that was being discarded...without being recycled! This perturbed me very much. It was pure wasting. I decided to call up some companies to start a recycling program. I was wondering if anyone else has initiated a recycling program in their school. If so, how was the progress? I am a bit scared that things won't turn out that great. But I really feel that it is imperative to start something. Do you have any suggestions that would make my fellow schoolmates to be intrigued by this program? Feel free to share. ~Thanks

Yeah, I think you're right.
Yeah, I think you're right. I should get the teachers to enforce it. Thanks for your suggestion!
agree
i do agrre we should realli tell people bout this!!we shouldnt let thiz keep goin!
I have found this same
I have found this same problem at my school. I think that recyling bins must be placed in all rooms. At my last school, teachers encouraged kids to recycle and the students obeyed. I think that teachers should require students to recycle paper. Teachers are in the position of power to make a difference and I beleive that they should use this power to help recycle.
