I'm very curious about great healthy foods that taste delicious!The only healthy foods I like is Lo-Cal Ice Cream,yogurt and sandwiches.

this link has a complete list of best packaged food which are healthy and tasty to eat. if you really can't commit to being a vegetarian make some small changes like buying smaller portions of junk food(stop taking the large french fries in mcdonalds), eat junk food only once a week, talk to your school to change cafeteria food, go for a walk with a friend. if you think about it, these small chnages can help you reach a healthy weight.

If you are really willing to try foods most kids think are "gross" becoming a vegetarian or vegan is a really healthy lifestyle and good for losing weight. The food in these diets is really healthy and good for saving animals! Also, add exercise to your daily routine, no matter what you eat. And if you are going to become a vegan, do some research beforehand. There are important things to know, like how to get everything your body needs and taking B-12 pills, which is for a vitamin only found in meat that vegans need to take.
