Eating healthy is not just a major dedication it is a major dedication that will change your life as long as you stick with it. Now me, i am the only guy that gets a salad and an orange every single day at lunch, only because it gives me energy, i get respect from other students for my discipline to my image, and years from now it will allow me to stay healthy and in the best shape of my life. Also when you combine that with a precise workout routine, like mine, you'll have the best body you could ever want. Because of your discipline to you health, image, and perception.


Throw your dirty laundry somewhere else. We ask that you don't curse or use other inappropriate language here (if you have to think too hard about using a word, you probably shouldn't). This is a forum for the exchange of positive ideas, not a place to gang up on others or make anyone feel bad. Feeling good is good, right? Yup.
