I think that people should think before they eat. Kids just think that they can eat whatever they want and they wont gain any weight, WRONG!!! They just thOink that they don't have to worry about their weight until they get older, but it all starts in childhood. Over 60% of kids were overweight or obese in 1990, now don't tell me that it doesn't matter when you could be cutting years off of your life.
Throw your dirty laundry somewhere else. We ask that you don't curse or use other inappropriate language here (if you have to think too hard about using a word, you probably shouldn't). This is a forum for the exchange of positive ideas, not a place to gang up on others or make anyone feel bad. Feeling good is good, right? Yup. that's true. parents should be sure that their kids stay healthy, whether by means of exercise or eating healthy. you have to be careful with giving you kid a good impression as to why it's important to be healthy, but not watching everything they eat to the point that they grow up to become obsessed with their weight
