So I am posting here, because I feel disgusting. Ever since the holiday season came I have just been so stressed and have felt disgusting. Between all the food and no time to go to the gym I fear I am gaining weight and have noticed that my favorite pair of jeans, which used to be loose on me, are now kind of tight. I don't think anything I wear looks good any more.... I FEEL SO FAT!!! What should I do? How do you guys make yourselves feel better when you feel like this?

Feeling Disgusting?
I love Carson, for starts.
He is so amazing.
What he does for women is just pure from his heart.
When I feel disgusting I do what I like best:
Softball.
You may have a different thing!
I choose sports.
I tan.
I do lunges while watching t.v.
and sit ups! and crunches!
It works!
No video needed, just do them the old styles
I lift weights when I listen to music.
You can add excersize in in minutes.
As for going without eating: NOT SMART.
That could really damage you up.
Beauty isn't in the body.

I know that's a bit cliche,
but it's not.
Like me.
I am atheltic build but im TOP HEAVY. if you know what I mean,
but since I play softball, I have GREAT legs.
So I put on my favorite shorts and a baggy teeshirt and I dance around like I'm a celebrity !
It makes me feel amazing about myself.

i have a proposition for you o.k. if you take the bus to school walk it out..not the song . i mean literally walk it out. im skinny and i can barely gain weight because i walk to and from school to home everyday. the only time i gain weight is during break which i dont even sweat because i loose it right wen school start.. and do me a favor dont think of it so much..and the next time you look you'll see a new person even better

Don't sweat it
Everyone does gain weight over the holidays! But its no worry. What I do to try and stay healthy and thin, is fruits and vegtables. I took away all my soda, and drank water. I hated water so much, but I got so used to it. It helps your complexion too! Then I took away all my chips, from what I usually ate for lunch, and replaced them with 100 calorie packs. & yes they do actually taste good! I eat fruit in the morning before I go to school, either a banana, an orange or even light or low fat yogurt is good. Then dinner I add a vegtable to whatever I'm eating, if I ever get time to sit down, instead of eating on the go which rarely happens. I hit the road to subway, which actually does taste very good! As for exercising, Just stick ur head phones in your ears and head for a nice walk, or a run on the tredmill. I hope I helped you!

That idea.....was great! I can't wait to try it out. I mean everyone is just telling me, well it's simple, just don't eat so much and excersice constantly. But sure I excersied, but only in basketball and soccer. But right after the practices and games I eat a lot. Plus at school I'm always self-consious about my weight. Hopefully your idea will work.

I feel fat and disgusting alot too.. anyway what helps cheer me up is having a private spa day! First eat! eat untill your full! then when u dont feel like your going to throw up excercise alot!!! burn those calories you just atee! then to get that sweat off you...go into your bathroom (make sure is a big one.) and lock it. and put that green stuff on your face! and shave your legs have a nice long hot shower wrap yourself in a warm towl and read a good book look at yourself and say everything u love about u straiten or curl your hair or put in its best position.
(the reason to eat before you exercise beacause you dont want to be hungry right after you excercised right!!)

I thought that this Christmas Break, I mustered up all of my strength to walk around the pool sans-robe! And then I see these previews for that new lifetime show “how to look good naked” and I feel totally trumped! Who does that?!?!

i hear yuh. you just gotta remember that during the holiday season everyone gains some pounds. plus even though you havent had enough time to go to the gym and all, you can do sit ups and crunchs. maybe even run if you dont have snow or anything. remember to keep your head and please dont think that any body type is right or perfect.

So I was contemplating doing my usual starvation diet for the holidays and my daughter reminded me that this time is supposed to be the happiest time of year. And immediately after that reminder, I saw an ad for ‘How To Look Good Naked’ on lifetime, and I think I will take some advice from the great Carson and my daughter!! Oh yeah! haha
