It's honestly not a good feeling when clothes don't fit especially when you think you've lost weight.. how do you deal with that emotion of being defeated??

If I was going to take off
If I was going to take off my pants on national TV, I’d feel much more comfortable doing it for Carson than for Tyra. Carson seems genuinely invested in helping people with their body issues… but Tyra just wants the camera on her at all the times because she needs the attention. Anyways, i'm interested to see what happens on tonight's season finale.

Also... seems like Carson might have some competition from Tyra Banks. I can’t believe she got everyone in the audience to take their pants off on air. You’d have to give me a lot more than a new pair of jeans to do that lol:

Yeah, I couldn’t believe that that was the same person when I saw it. The woman looked really hot, and all she did was change the way she dressed and the way she carried herself. It’s funny how much you can change about yourself with some new clothes and a different attitude.

The way you dress can make a huge difference too. I’ve started dressing in ways that are more flattering to my body type recently, and I look and feel better than I have a in a while. There’s a show on Fridays called How to Look Good Naked that gives a lot of tips on dressing appropriately. The before and after pics are amazing…the women look twenty pounds lighter and the only difference is the clothes and undergarments they are wearing.

Hey, don't worry. It’s not so easy, but don’t despair so fast. If you give up you’ll just end up having to start from square one… it takes time to lose weight properly. Try to think about how good you’ll feel when you actually take off the weight you want.
Help
there are always close that fit sometimes it is just harder to find them. If your want to lose weight then eat healthy and exercise, but dont over do it. Sometimes girls especially tend to over do exercise so they can be like others. Sometime that is just the way you are made, and to try and be happy with the way you are. Ounce you are happy with the way you are you will find all you need.

well first try haveing low expectations for example
say you wanna drop one pound and you excercise alot and you lose 5 pounds youll feel much more happier! same thing with the clothing not fitting. You want to drop one clothing size. well excercise more than u think u have to. and then u drop 3 sizes instead!
