Find you dirtiest room clean it out sell all the goods at a flea market and invest in stirofoam cones to blanket the walls. Ask your parents to help buy the instruments or search the flea market for potential trades. Invest one more time in some music books and away you go with a in home family friendly band ready to go.

Another suggestion Beach clean up day
If you live close to the beach dedicate half a day per week during the sunny summer times to a trip to the beach. Upon arrival find a spot that could use some cleaning, clean up and enjoy the afternoon. P.S. remember to bring the trash bag.
