No time to volunteer?

Hey everyone! I just wanted to post this problem, and see if we could come up with a solution. Sometimes, I'm looking around on Do Something, and I find this REALLY awesome opportunity to volunteer. I REALLY want to do it, but then I look at my calendar and realize that I have absolutely NO TIME! There are so many things that I would LOVE to do, if only I had the time. I'm sure this happens to other people that love this site too. We're kids, right? A lot of us have sports, and clubs. And I know we all have homework, so how do we fix this? Only volunteer on weekends? But lots of us have stuff to do then. Even virtual volunteering takes time. So, does anyone have a solution for this? Besides doing less stuff... Thanks

hey

So, what I do is I set aside time, just like after school clubs, I find a day that I constantly can volunteer. Like every Tuesday I volunteer from 4-6. I am a member of 5 school clubs and 2 other clubs and 2 volunteer clubs and I have a job. The key is to get an agenda and not waste time. During class, if it is an option, do your homework. Don't watch tv. I decided to stop running my usual 3 miles a day to get a job and volunteer more. I make sacrifices, but they are worth it.
