Going to the gym.

What gym's does everyone go to? how do you like it?...what actually makes you want to get up and go to the gym for a workout?


I use to like workout

Hi,
I was fat, Couldn’t keep up with my kids, Suffering from Headaches, Stomach Problems,Joint Pain, etc. I go to the gym and do some workout, but I find myself leaving the gym an hour later, why? I was feeling lazy. Not until later I was introduced to the products by Phillip Monte, A Business Opportunity, through an ad. Now My Energy, My Headaches, Stomach Problems, Joint Pain etc, are gone. So far so good I've been feeling great and the best part is I love going to the gym. I have lost lbs. and Inches! I went from a size to a size and have kept it off now for a month. I feel so healthy that I love to go out for a walk with my wife to the park. I love these products! I couldn't grapple, run, push up and sit up and I get tired too fast etc. Now that I'm taking this product it made a big impact in my life. I could do all that and especially play basketball with my kids and best of all I'm a new ME. Thats good that it's working

Thats good that it's working out for you. Are you taking any classes there?...I want to join one. At 24 Hour Fitness almost all the classes are free with your membership. Classes are good motivation also, if you like working with others.

:D im addicted to the gym

i made the decision to start getting active. i just didnt feel good about myself anymore. i joined planet fitness... its really inexpensive...$10 a month (: i go every other day and i actually found it really easy to get into it, because right away i started noticing how much better i felt. at first it was a little hard, but the rush i got after i was finished was so satisfying. i do lots of cardio, and then i work out each body part individually. then i warm down with more cardio. i feel really in control of my body. im eating healthy, and getting results.
