If he does something that is illegal, than he should get punished just like everyone. And, Michael Phelps is supposed to be some kind of role model and he obvisouly is not. Kelloggs is totally being fair! They are a family company and need to have someone that is a good role model for the entire family!!

Its a shame that he got caught, it obviously doesnt effect his performance. Let him do what he pleasesss in his spare time. His only bad choice was allowing it to be photographed...which led to the ending of endorsements. Kellogg should forigve...he made an apology and a statement of regret. Now let him move on.

I work for the public school system and if I were photographed smoking pot, I would be fired. Most of us would probably be fired from our jobs if we were in the same situation. Phelps is likeable, therefore we are being blinded from seeing right and wrong. I like him too, and am sad of the whole situation. Is smoking pot one of the worst things he can do in life? We know it's not, but being that it is illegal to smoke pot he must suffer the consequences.

Micheal Phepls is supposed to be a role model for people. He is basically endorsing drugs. I think Kellogg did the right thing. Their is no need to have a pot head representing your company.
