As horrible as this is, the website shouldn't be held responsible! If anyone should face criminal charges it should be the users that were encouraging him!
i read about that... so shocking. people should never think that suicide threats are jokes.
It could be both ways, on the one hand, the website allowed this this shocking event to be posted online, so in a way it's kinda right. On the the other hand it was the users who incourage him to do it, so i really don't know who to blame although i'm leaning toward website hand.

Thats a terrible tragedy and something should be done, someone should be held accountable. Unfortunatly you cant blame the website entirely, they dont monitor every individuals actions, the people to blame should be the people who encouraged him. I think that everyone shares a hand in his death.
They could make a vote asking the public whose fault it is. I think the detectives/police should handle it.

I feel that the people egging him on should be held responsible for it. The website had no clue that this was happening and shouldn't be held responsible.... there is no way they could've known.
