I personally belive that obama should sign the treaty. Disabled people have a special place in my heart because of all the things they have to go through.Their life is so tough. I really admire them all and will do anything to help them whenever

I know that my view will be unpopular, but I do NOT support the US signing this or even the Americans with Disabilities Act. I think that it is WRONG to FORCE businesses to provide special services to persons with disabilities. I am definitely not saying that I think that businesses should not provide them, I am simply saying that they should not be forced to provide them. If businesses truly care about their customers, including those who may be more difficult to serve, then they will provide those services without the proverbial gun to the head, and in turn, the business who do provide such services will be pushed up by the invisible hand that is the American consumer dollar. A very good example of this is Disney World; at Disney just about every aspect of the parks are open to those with disabilities except, obviously, for roller coasters and other stressful rides, this is thanks to Disney providing free wheel chairs, pausing rides to allow handicapped park-goers to get on the ride, and allowing them and their families to avoid lines altogether. I think that it is unconstitutional and uncaptiolistic to force businesses to make handicapped services mandatory.
