CNN News anchor Anderson Cooper shared the stage with Elmo on Wednesday night at the annual Sesame Street Workshop Benefit [1], to benefit children worldwide. Anderson blogged about it the next day, telling readers that he had reading problems when he was young and that Sesame Street helped him improve. "Grover was really down to earth for such a big celebrity, and Elmo is as funny and charming as you would expect. Though I think he was up a little past his bedtime last night," Anderson joked. Hopefully Oscar the Grouch wasn't up too late!
