On our recent challenge asked you to find healthier options at meals, and as a team we avoided 63,892.76 grams of excess sugar equivalent to 1,638 cans of soda, or 153.5 gallons in one day!).
Some good suggestions we received here at homebase:
- Replace regular pasta noodles with whole wheat.
- Substitute french fries with a side salad.
- Choose fat free items.
- Add more vegetables to your meal.
