Our troops put their life on the line to protect our nation. Unfortunately, many of our honorable troops get injured on duty. A simple thank you card can not only brighten their day, but also show that we appreciate their hard work.
- Check out tricare.mil [2] to find a military hospital address to send letters to.
- More is totes better. Get your friends and classmates involved by making an announcement and hanging posters around school. Make sure to set a time and date for when and where the card writing will take place.
- Gather paper, pens and markers for everyone to use. Ask your principle or art teacher if you can write the cards in your school’s art room.
- Start writing! Remember to write heartfelt cards that express gratitude and support.
