The Problem

For the last year or so, I've been working on fixing my dad's car. It has had many problems and I'm slowly progressing towards fixing it completely. I recently took out the dashboard and replaced the heater core on my own, along with some other things in the engine (valve cover gaskets, water pump, etc). When I test drove the vehicle, it still didn;t run correctly making me realize I need to just get a new motor.

Plan of Action

Work as many shifts as possible, and earn enough money to cover shipping on a new motor ($200-300), the motor itself ($300-400), and an engine hoist ($100-200). Along with this, I need to keep my grades up in school in order to graduate in May.
