Electronic Employee Handbook

At my high school, in the small town of Jerome, Idaho, we are required our senior year to create and put together a senior project. The senior project must consist of two of three categories: Community, Career and Academic. As an upcoming senior when it came to determining what I would do for my project, I knew I wanted to help my community. The opportunity arose to create a power point presentation to help new employees at the City learn the rules and policies in a more understanding way. With the help of a mentor I have been successfully working on the presentation creating graphics, vocal and sound medias to the project. This project will help new employees to get more involved with the business and to know the rules in a stress free manner. I believe this project will help a lot of people in the future and will hopefully help me in my future career goals. I have enjoyed the fact that I will be benefiting people in my community most about this project. To me this was more than a school project, this was an opportunity for my future.
