The Problem

Bullying in schools. E.N.D. = Encounter, Notice, Defend. It takes many equal parts to end bullying. We have to identify it by Encountering it. By walking away, nothing happens. We need to take Notice. The next step is to Defend the situation by many means. This could be diffusing the problems ourselves, telling a faculty member of the school, or another student who will act upon the situation.

Plan of Action

I would like to actively devise a plan that can help faculty & students by creating steps that the pupils and administrators can take to ensure the safety of all those who can adhere by them. These guidelines should be foremost in their minds.
