End Nuba Genocide Campaign

Operation Broken Silence is one of only a handful of organizations to gain access to the Nuba Mountains of Sudan in 2012. Following this rare visit, the organization released a documentary film shot on the ground. To date this film has received over 200,000 views between online and offline screenings: http://vimeo.com/49204682 Leading up to the release of the film, Operation Broken Silence initiated an emergency aid operation on the ground due to a lack of international aid organizations on the ground. To date the campaign has raised over $25,000 from private donors and completed three aid deliveries, totaling nearly 10,000Ibs of supplies, to families in need that have been driven off their land. These aid deliveries have prevented death by starvation and improved the health of individuals impacted.
