Family Oriented Wrestling League

Family-Oriented Wrestling League is an independent wrestling promotion based in Appleton, Wisconsin. We run bi-weekly shows that demonstrate "pro-wrestling". A portion of each ticket sold goes to Harbor House, a domestic-abuse charity organization. We basically demonstrate "wrestling violence" to raise money to stop domestic violence. We safely train each other to take moves that will entertain a crowd enough to donate to the charity. We would like to put on a big show on October 28th in Appleton, Wisconsin, even bringing in former WWE SuperStar Scotty 2 Hotty. The only thing is, the cost of bringing in Scotty (after Hotel, bringing him in, and driving him to the arena) and booking Plaza Azteca (the venue) comes up around $2000...which we do not have. Any grant would be appreciated so that we can raise lots of money for Harbor House and present them with a check at our biggest event of the year. Also, we will have the Community Blood Drive Bus there, so that more lives are being saved with blood donations (And, donors get $2 off admission to wrestling event!)
