Fighting obesity and cancer

I want to open and lease a restaurant that specializes in healthy eating. It would benefit all and would create a franchise with it to promote healthy eating and fight obesity and would feature such foods proven to fight disease and cancer. I hsve a father who has cancer and will not eat healthy food because he claims it doesnt taste good. This is exactly my motivation and my reason. It would be non for profit and would benefit all with its cheap prices and relaxing and non stressful enviornment. Inorder for this dream i need a scholarship to the art institute to finish my degree in culinary arts so I can master this and legally make this food and own a restraunt. I have began to do this in my own home and need to funding for school to make it larger and worldwide and to bring awarness on obesity.
