HOPS Program

For our project we helped out with the elderly, I created a project called HOPS "Helping Older People Smile" that pairs elderly patients with high school students this past year. When have had an overcrowding number of students get involved and I am so excited next year to see what happens with the program. This program took off like wildfire and many of the patients lives have changed tremendously due to having this one person come and visit them. Without this program I think that the residents would be missing out and I am glad that we were able to help the elderly population here in our county.
