Many people, in thier lifetime, wants to look a certain way and be healthy. Although those people may become healthy, they may not stay health. Some people slack off and become lazy. The key to attaining your goal is all mental. You have to have it set in your mind that you are going to stay healthy and have a positive attitude at all times to keep you going. I advise everyone to be healthy because it will reduce problems in your life and increase your life span. If you are healthy, or becoming healthier, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! If you're not very healthy, start excercising (maybe 2-3 times a week) and watching what you eat and see how much better you and your body will start to feel, physically and mentally.
