Invisible Children

I have created an extension of a work in progress. Invisible Children is an organization helping children, as well as their families, be rescued from the rebel army working against the government. This rebel army abducts kids from their homes and forces them to fight. Uganda has been suffering from this on going war that has lasted for over 20 years. The suffering has left many displaced with no where to call home. No food, water, shelter, or peace. I have started an annual dodgeball tournament to raise money to help these kids find shelter, healthcare, food, and education. After the tournament we held a concert with a showing of the Invisible Children film. This film portrays the life these children have to endure. This money also goes out to raise awareness about the situation going on in Uganda since it has been hidden from the world for so long. We plan on having a tournament every year and we keep on telling people the story of these children so people can help them.
