The Problem

To feel the void of lack of guidance with 10 years of age to 23 males and females. I have learned that due to the high numbers of single family homes parenting is only giving in route to school or before child leaves home for school, then either after 6pm, or 8pm depending on child's extra curricular activities or parents work schedule. So I have devised a program that reaches out to youth on all levels from; chess, ballet, step, kickball, baseball, and drill team, job readiness, life choices, leadership skills, and budgeting and time management.

Plan of Action

I have started these program and obligated my to certain times and days for specific gender and age based on season and school/parent schedule. I have developed a parent committee which is compiled of parents whose children participate in these programs that aid in fund raising, events, make-up, uniforms.
