Other Worlds

Often, we get bogged down by what is wrong with the world, and aren't able to recognize and the positive initiatives that so many communities are taking to better their lives. In an effort to spread the message about hopeful initiatives, >Other Worlds uses multi-media highlight hopeful political, economical, cultural, and social alternatives that are flourishing throughout the world, and inspires and enables the public throughout the United States and Latin America to open up new pathways to adapt and replicate those alternatives. Alternatives that Other Worlds is documenting include a women's gifting network in Mali, local organic farmers in the U.S., cooperative farming communities in Brazil, and more. The stories of these alternatives will be documented through text, photography, radio, and more.
